By accessing the website at https://brainytab.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information) on BrainyTab's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

However BrainyTab does not make any commitment to update the materials.

BrainyTab has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by BrainyTab of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

BrainyTab may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

9. No Purchase Order, No Pay

BrainyTab only pays for goods and services which have been agreed in writing. No work will and should be performed until agreed upon and confirmed in writing.

Competition Terms & Conditions

  • The promoter is: BrainyTab.com.
  • The competition is open to residents of Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland, aged 18 years or over.
    There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://brainytab.com/. Participants are allowed to use all social media platforms to share their code.
  • Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  • Closing date for entry will be no later than 15 December. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
    • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
    • The prize is as follows: The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
    • Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by BrainyTab.
    • The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    • The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be delivered.
    • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
    • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
    • The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date. Use the contact form to request it.
    • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to BrainyTab and not to any other party.
