Should your friends know about this?
Yes, they absolutely should. We get that you might need a nudge to prompt you to invite them. So we're running a simple competition.
Refer a friend and you and your friend get a chance to win $50 worth of books from Amazon each.
A winner is selected at random every month and of course, the more friends you refer, the more entries you get.
Great, so learn all this and I'll be able to make better decsissions, right?
If only it were so easy. The bad news is that you'll probably never become that bastion of rationality you'd like to. The more you learn, the more you think you know better and, sadly, your biases will still overcome you some times.
You should, however, develop your critical thinking skills; you should identify more biases in yourself and occasionally be able to correct them. That has to be a win, right?
While we believe that everyone participating in this competition is acting in good faith and none of you is trying to 'game' this competition, it probably still makes sense to add a few Terms and Conditions.
We hope that these aren't too limiting but since we're funding this whole project using our limited personal funds, we want to make sure that the winners are genuine.
